Adult Classes (regularly scheduled classes)

Level 1 Vinyasa Flow: This slow-paced Vinyasa yoga class is an introduction to yoga with an emphasis on integrating pranayama (breath), asanas (poses) and meditation. During this hour we move at a slower pace focusing on proper alignment and movement. Each class ends with resting in savasana (relaxation) for 5-10 minutes. While this class is geared towards beginners, it is open to all levels of practitioners. All of our adult level 1 yoga classes are prenatal friendly!

Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow: Our mixed levels class incorporates all of the elements of our Level 1 Vinyasa Flow class but moves at a faster, more powerful pace. The poses may be a bit more challenging, but our instructors are available to provide personalized variations. Either way, be prepared to sweat!

Restore & More: Join us on Tuesday and Thursday nights for a restorative  yoga class! This slow paced class warms the body up for sitting in meditation and restorative poses that support you as you let go of tension and effort.  Props are used and postures are held for longer periods of time to initiate deep relaxation of the body, mind and spirit. Restorative yoga is beneficial to balance a more active practice or decompress after a stressful day. Come enjoy this class on its own or after taking one of our Vinyasa Flow classes. All in all a perfect way to feel rejuvenated for the week!

Gentle Flow Candlelight Yoga: Quiet the mind with the tranquility of Candlelight Yoga.  Classes blend stretching and gentle movement with guided meditation and prop-supported yin and restorative poses (blankets, bolsters, and blocks).  Relax into the deepest layers of the body as you return us to a place of true release, surrender and inner peace.  All levels are welcome.

Pilates on the Mat: This class is a flowing succession of movement, focusing on core support and giving you a full-body workout, including the breath and the mind all in 1 hour.  Experience the benefits of a Pilates mat class: tone, flexibility, better posture, efficient movement, and a mind/body connection.

Yin Yoga: A passive and gentle practice.  Yin Yoga is a practice of slow, long-held, seated or supine asanas that access the deeper levels of connective tissue and fascia which promotes life force energy.  It increases circulation in joints and improves flexibility.  In our fast-paced world, Yin gives us an opportunity to slow down, experience inner-quiet, balance and self-reflection.  Mindfulness and breath work aid in the long holding of poses.  Benefits of Yin Yoga include: enhanced (deeper) stretching of muscles, a reflective
sense of calm, relaxed nervous system, physically makes sitting for meditation easier, furthers the inward journey, promotes healing on a more subtle level, stimulates circulation, heals on three levels – body, mind and spirit.

Children’s Classes (10 week sessions – winter, spring, fall)

Teeny Yogini’s (4-7 Years Old): In this energy releasing yoga class, we practice kid-friendly poses and breathing techniques in a playful, supportive, and safe environment.  We introduce yamas (how to treat others) and niyamas (how to treat yourself), deepening a child’s sense of respect and awareness.  Kids will strengthen their bodies all while incorporating breathing and relaxation techniques.

Tween Yoga (8-12 Years Old): This series engages kids by incorporating physical postures with the breath.  Visualization and breathing techniques help improve balance and concentration which can be applied to our everyday lives.  Yoga can be an important sanctuary for tweens, a place to develop self-confidence as well as focus while having fun!

Family Yoga (3 Years Old & Up): Saturdays from 11:15-12:00 – Returns Winter 2019! –  With an emphasis on partner poses, music and games, this weekend class is a great opportunity to bond with your family and take some time to reconnect while keeping bodies healthy and strong!
