Tween Yoga – (9-12 years old) – Thursdays: 5:00-5:55 pm – April 20th – June 22nd


At Bloom Yoga, we believe in the health and wellness of children. Our studio provides a wide range of children’s services from mommy and me yoga classes to children’s birthday parties.

Children’s Yoga: Yoga is a discipline that puts children on the path towards a calm and balanced mind while helping them build a strong and flexible body, both tools that are essential for their growth. Our yoga classes are available to children of all ages including mommy and me classes. Bloom Yoga encourages children to be creative and explore their body and soul in a fun-filled way. Our certified children’s yoga instructors use a fun, imaginative approach incorporating animal imitations and nature, and using expression games, music, art, and storytelling. All children’s yoga classes are 45-55 minutes long and are limited to 10 kids. Additional benefits to children’s yoga include:

  • Physical strength and flexibility
  • Concentration, focus, and attention
  • Confidence and self-esteem – love for one’s self, inside and out
  • A feeling of well-being and respect for others

Birthday Parties: Bloom Yoga is available to host your child’s yoga themed birthday party on Friday, Saturday or Sunday afternoons. 90 minute party includes kids yoga class, pizza and beverages, set-up and clean-up.
