Located in the heart of downtown Fair Lawn in Bergen County, just minutes away from Paramus, Elmwood Park, Saddle Brook, Paterson, Hawthorne, Glen Rock and Ridgewood, Bloom Yoga offers all levels of adult and children’s Hatha yoga classes. This exercise focuses on breathing while moving the body through specific asanas (poses), leading to physical, mental and spiritual well being. The benefits of yoga are endless – improved flexibility, advanced whole body strength, enhanced posture, strong sense of balance and improved breathing while alleviating stress are just a few of the benefits of this beautiful practice.

All classes at Bloom are taught by highly skilled instructors that add their own personal touch and use a Vinyasa flow style of teaching by incorporating the breath, movement and meditation. Yoga is a practice that can be enjoyed by everyone, at all ages. We welcome beginners to start their journey with us and experts to hone in on their craft. Bloom will always have an array of classes available for you and your family.

New Students/Studio Guidelines & Etiquette

Whether you are new to yoga or starting up your practice after time away, we want your experience at Bloom Yoga to be as rewarding as possible.  Below are studio guidelines and answers to frequently asked questions to help prepare you for your visit at the studio.


-Wear comfortable, breathable clothing.
-Bring a mat and water.  Bring a towel if you find you sweat a lot.  If you do not have a mat, we provide community mats that can be borrowed.  However, if you decide to continue your yoga practice, we encourage you to buy your own mat.  We suggest Jade Yoga Mats, made of biodegradable rubber.  It’s dense enough to provide padding and sticky enough to provide traction for poses.
-Drop-ins are always welcome.  You do not need to sign up for class in advance.  Arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins to sign in and set up.  We suggest staying through the end of class to take in the full benefits of the practice, however if you need to leave early, kindly let your teacher know before class and set up your mat by the front door.
-Inform your teacher of any injuries or health conditions.
-Turn cell phones off before class begins.
-Refrain from wearing perfume or any other fragrance.
-If you are feeling under the weather, please be mindful of those around you and consider practicing in the comfort of your own home until feeling better.
-Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
